Our Prestigious next project is resort near to the wonderful Karapuzha Dam. Its located in the greenish and natural regions of Wayanad, Kerala on the Karapuzha River, a tributary of the Kabini River. In this area we have 8 acres of land we already purchased. In that place we plan to build a beautiful resort. Nowadays approximately 5000 tourists are visiting this dam and surrounding places. By our contact and online marketing we can get more customersFor the future and present we proudly introduce this plan to our all members the royal old age park near Nedumbassery Airport. With 60 acres of land. We already purchased the land and plan to execute the project in 2027.it will help to the old age friends to relax in this age and they can live like a family. They will get a royal life definitely.

To the society our next project is Royal evening park in Nedumbasserry, with budget of 200 cr.60 acres of land and in hat we will build a beautiful park for our elder family members.
